Still, they derive from qualified external education not associated with the accreditation of YA, which doesn't have a registry for Yoga Therapists. In no case are substitutes for medical diagnosis and treatment but they are intended as complementary non-medical support for increasing overall well-being.

HYBRID YOGA

By blending a variety of yogic techniques—including asanas, pranayama, meditation, mudras, and bandhas—across different yoga styles (Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin), we create a personalized experience that fosters a profound connection between body, mind, and soul.

ZEN, YOGA, MITH PHILOSOPHIES

Yoga is not simply about performing asanas on the mat; it is much more than that. It is a profound philosophical system, and delving deeply into it enables us to reach a higher level of practice. This practice transcends physical postures, guiding us to a more holistic and conscious way of living.

We explore both yoga and Zen Buddhism philosophies, mythology, east and west literature and how to incorporate these themes into our daily lives, both on and off the mat.

 

This exploration is not for the sake of theory, but to apply their wisdom in our lives, leading us with awareness and purpose.

ENERGY CENTERS
YOGA PHISIOLOGY

We will focus deeply on the energy centers within our body (chakras, nadis, and kundalini), directing our practice with specific intentions that align with the energy of each area.

By cultivating a deeper awareness of our subtle energies, we gain more control over our unconscious forces, guiding them with intention and precision.

​

Through proper control of pranic energy, we can elevate it through our chakras and the Sushumna Nadi, empowering our awareness and awakening the transformative power of Kundalini Shakti.

SOUND HEALING
PRACTICES

 

Sound will play a vital role in awakening our inner senses, guiding us to a deeper state of awareness and aligning our energy for the highest purpose of our practice.

Through the use of mantras, sound meditations, yoga nidra, and sound baths, the vibrational power embedded in each technique will help us connect more intimately with our True Selves.

 

This connection bridges our conscious and unconscious mind, fostering a greater sense of unity and wholeness.

By intentionally using sound as a spiritual tool, we can create a harmonizing force that guides us into a blissful state of awareness. 

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional training is a dynamic, movement-based practice designed to improve the efficiency of how our body performs everyday activities. It focuses on strength, mobility, and stability by targeting multiple muscle groups simultaneously, enhancing the body’s natural movement patterns.

Incorporating functional training into our yoga practice allows us to build a stronger foundation, supporting more complex asanas while improving overall posture and balance.

 

By focusing on core strength, flexibility, and joint stability, functional training helps us cultivate resilience in both the physical and mental aspects of our practice.

AROGYA YOGA
(Yoga Therapy*)

Arogya Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach that integrates traditional yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic insights to promote overall well-being.

 

Rooted in the Sanskrit word Arogya, meaning “complete health,” this method focuses on restoring balance in the body, mind, and energy systems through tailored yoga practices.

By combining asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques, Arogya Yoga Therapy works to enhance physical strength, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing mechanisms. It places a strong emphasis on anatomical alignment, breath control, and mindful movement to address imbalances, prevent injuries, and aid in recovery.

MY YOGA EDUCATION

My journey into Yoga is rooted in deep study and dedicated practice across multiple disciplines. I am certified as a Yoga Teacher:

  • 1000-hour YTTs in Multi-style Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin)

  • 500-hor YTT in Kundalini Yoga

  • 300-hour YTT in Arogya Therapy* Yoga

  • 500-hour Meditation Teacher Training​​​

My expertise in functional training is backed by recognized certifications that enhance my approach to movement and strength development. I hold a National CONI Degree, ensuring a solid foundation in biomechanics, mobility, and performance training. Additionally, I have completed a European EQF4 and International Master, aligning with international standards for fitness coaching and functional movement, and being certified by NASM Continuing Education, integrating cutting-edge methodologies into my practice.
